Yesterday we stood together at the summit of our 10-week mountain climb, completing the Men’s Wellness portion of the Rescued Program with Group 46.

Step by step, week by week, we walked the trail, through flowing waters of emotion, into the fire of our inner strength, across winds of change, resting in stillness, echoing in the canyon of connection, persevering through the steep climbs… and finally arriving here, the summit.

In our closing sound guided breathwork meditation, we looked back with gratitude at all that’s been overcome, and forward with courage at the new mountains waiting to be climbed. Each man reflected on his growth, his resilience, his belonging, new found awareness and his vision for his journey beyond.

We honored the circle, shared words of recognition, and celebrated transformation with a blessing for the road ahead. We painted two group projects, one reflecting the mountain we climbed and one of the men's transformations from caterpillars to butterflies, honoring the butterflies that joined our circles each week.

This summit is not the end, it is a new beginning.

Congratulations, Group 46. You carry the mountain within you. 🏔️
