This Thursday at 10:00am we will meet at the Tusquittee Ranger District Office (US Forest Service) walking trail located at 123 Woodland Drive, Murphy, NC.

🌧️ We’re still on for our 10:00 AM walk at the Riverwalk today as long as it is not a downpour. We’ll be sticking to the asphalt trails to keep things steady.

Big NEWS for the Murphy on the Move Walking Club!
We are now walking twice per week on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at 10:00am! We kickoff our walks on February 3rd meeting at the pavillion across from the rock gym and walking on the Murphy River Walk & Canoe Trail.

The Murphy on the Move Walking club is for adults who are looking to stay active with others. Murphy on the Move is a beginner friendly walking group that provides consistent opportunities for physical activity through the week is a great way to improve your health and experience the mental and social benefits of exercise! Each walk we encourage new members to join us!
