It can be tough to stay active on rainy days. Try doing short bursts of exercise indoors. For example, 1 min of squats; walk back and forth in a hallway for 5 min. Do some planks. Remeber, something is better than nothing!

A moment that still sticks with me:

A young dancer once came to me after being told she’d never squat again because of knee pain.
Understandably, she was scared and frustrated — squatting is fundamental to her sport.

Just 3 weeks into treatment, she was back to mini squats without pain. By the end of care, she
was squatting fully, had returned to dancing pain-free, and — just as importantly — understood why
her knee pain developed in the first place.

She left not only stronger, but with the knowledge to prevent it from coming back.
