It has come to our attention that patients don't always bring their insurance cards to their appointments or, when asked, they seem inconvenienced to give a copy of their cards, and we are met with the reoccurring statement that "nothing has changed". The medical field is constantly changing and, though your insurance provider or ID numbers have not changed, it is more often than not, it's the billing information on the back of the card that has changed. Thank you for your understanding.
