Spears Vision Center Spears Vision Center is a locally owned and operated practice run by Dr. Geoffrey A. Spears, O.D. Dr. Spears has been a practicing optometrist for over 25 years.

We are a family oriented practice treating patients ages 4 to 104! We can fit you in glasses or contacts even if you're a hard fit. We have hundreds of frames to choose from and carry several different brands of contacts. We offer comprehensive eye exams and can treat conditions such as conjunctivitis, foreign body removal, and glaucoma. Let us help you with all your eye care needs!

Good morning, everyone! In case you didn’t already know, at the beginning of the year we cut back to seeing patients on only Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are still open on Tuesdays for repairs and pick-ups. We are closed on Thursdays. Aside from spouses and parents of minors we will no longer be taking new patients. Also, as of February 1st we will no longer be sending out postcard reminders for appointments. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact the office at (618) 687-2922.

Good morning, everyone! Just wanted to give you all an update. As of August 1, 2020 the office will no longer be open on THURSDAYS. If you have an EMERGENCY (eye injury or infection) on a Thursday please call 687-4139 or 201-4500. If you are unable to contact us please call or visit your local emergency room. For any other issues, feel free to call the office and leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you do have an issue it is best if you call the office rather than messaging through Facebook as we use our page mostly for information rather than communication.
