Telecommunications Week, we want to recognize the incredible dispatchers who are the calm voice in chaos and the first first responders.

Before EMS arrives, they’re already making a difference—gathering critical information, giving lifesaving instructions, and helping keep our crews and community safe.

Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and compassion. We appreciate all you do! 💙

Illyana was our first employee to complete our JCAS Paramedic Reimbursement Grant and earn her NREMT-Paramedic license through John A Logan.

2025 Year in Review-

Last year, our team responded to 11,638 calls for service. Every single one of these calls were answered by the dedicated staff at JCAS.

Day after day, our Paramedics and EMT-B's respond to a multitude of emergency situations. They react quickly, assess patient needs, provide treatment and transport appropriately for a wide variety of medical emergencies.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work our team did last year and continues into 2026.
