Evolve Addiction Medicine will maintain its current COVID-19 safety practices, including the mandatory wearing of masks.

* A mask is required when entering our clinic. We want to protect our staff and our patients. Our frontline workers come face-to-face with community members every day. We want then to feel comfortable and safe at work.

* We follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) and will continue to do so to guide and support our decisions.

Happy Thanksgiving from the staff at Evolve Addiction Medicine. We will be closed Wednesday, November 25th & Thursday, November 26th. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, November 30th. Have a safe and happy thanksgiving!

Governor Herbert has issued a mask mandate for the state of Utah. Evolve Addiction Medicine will continue to take the necessary precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19.

⭐ Masks and/or face coverings will be required.
⭐ Only patients with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the office.
⭐ Health screening and temperature checks will be required of every patient who enters the office.

Evolve Addiction Medicine is continuing business operations. We operate as a closed-door facility and will continue to limit outside access to anyone but our staff, and our scheduled in-office appointments.

We will remain open with almost-regular business hours.

Meet the newest addition to Evolve!
Donald C. Fletcher MD --
Dr. Fletcher is a medical doctor with specialty focus in Addiction Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is credentialed for use of buprenorphine with patients. He is interested in caring for those with either substance use addictions (opiates, stimulants, alcohol, to***co, etc) or behavior addictions (s*x, gambling, etc.). Dr. Fletcher has reached the academic position of full professor and been awarded a distinguished alumni award by his alma mater. He has participated in research funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), Veteran’s Administration (VA), and numerous private foundations. He has many publications in peer reviewed literature and given numerous lectures in the US and abroad.

Meet Angela Epstein PA-C:

Angela is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who was raised in Salt Lake City and graduated from East High School. After graduation, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science and Physician Assist degrees from the University of Utah. She has thirty plus years of experience, many of which were spent working in underserved areas of Utah. For the past several years, she has focused on providing psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.
