Ever wonder if there's a difference between Botox and filler? (Spoiler alert: there is!) From what they're made of to what they do, neuromodulators (like Botox) and fillers are as different as can be, and are used for different purposes, too (though sometimes they work together). Exercise is great for your health, but it can be hard on your skin. Here are some steps you can take to keep your skin in the clear and avoid post-workout breakouts.💪

Before your workout:
* Remove makeup
* Put on clean clothes
* Apply sunscreen if you plan to sweat outdoors
During your workout:
* Pat sweat away with a clean towel
* Wipe off shared equipment before use and avoid sharing protective gear

After your workout:
* Shower or cleanse with a mild, oil-free cleanser
* Change out of sweaty clothes as soon as possible
If you still break out after breaking a sweat, don’t dump the gym—talk to a dermatologist to see if something else is causing your acne. Small changes can make a big difference when keeping your skin healthy!
