Spring Creek Post-Acute Rehabilitation offers a variety of services to our residents. We are a 226-bed long-term care, Medicare-certified facility which provides comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services. Each room is cable and phone ready. We love our community and want to use social media to connect with you! Good morning hope everyone is doing well just wanted to give an update on the phone issue everything is back up and running. All residents are doing great and being well taking care of by our amazing staff who are doing a wonderful job. Stay safe and warm

Just want to reassure family and friends that the residents and staff are okay and doing fine. If anyone has been trying to call the facility we are have some phone issues at he moment due to the weather but are hoping everything will be back up and running as soon as possible. We hope everyone is staying safe and are keeping warm.

Spring Creek Health Care offers a variety of services to our residents. We are a 226-bed long-term care, Medicare-certified facility which provides comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services. We offer private and semi-private rooms. Each room is cable and phone ready.

Our success rate with our short term rehabilitation program has been extraordinary. The comprehensive care plans are designed to facilitate a quick and complete recovery. Plans are incorporated into the individual resident’s rehabilitation programs with the goal of their independence and the ability to return to community living. Spring Creek Health Care also emphasizes support and education for residents and their caregivers prior to returning home. We love our community and want to use social media to connect with you!
