Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists are often critical components of a patient's recovery and plan of care. Our team of therapists is highly trained and specialized to rehabilitate you to your maximum level of independence and safety. These services provided in your home may include:

- Joint replacement rehabilitation

- Walking and balance training

- Fall and injury prevention

- Strength training

- Evaluations for adaptive equipment

- Training for independence with personal care

- Judgement and memory skills

- Language and swallowing skills

The nursing team at Aspen Ridge Home Health works closely with the patient, family, and physician to ensure the individual needs of each person are met. Our licensed nurses develop an individualized plan of care that may include the following services:

- Disease education and management

- Pain management

- Medication management

- Wound care

- Assistance with dressing and bathing

- Post operative care

- Drawing patients blood work
