Some lab testing indicates that iodine may inactivate some viruses similar to Coronavirus, though it has not been scientifically proven. This irrigation recipe can be used twice a day as it may be protective for 12 hours and does not cause discoloration or discomfort. *******************************8 oz room temperature water, 1 tsp of 10% providone-iodine liquid, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1/4 tsp of baking soda. Mix in an irrigation bottle and run through nose per instructions on the irrigation bottle. Please discontinue use if this recipe causes any irritation. Stay safe and stay healthy! 🌟
