I am so excited about the massage class I took this past weekend! Thai massage is traditionally done on a mat on the floor, but in this class I learned to incorporate Thai techniques into table massage. If you have been to me this week it is likely that you have already experienced some of these techniques that I learned. I’m looking forward to incorporating it more and more as I become more comfortable with it. Stay tuned for more info to come! 💆🏼‍♀️
