It's time for our SVUUS Sound Bath events to resume!
These happen on the 2nd Friday of each month, 7PM in the SVUUS Sanctuary in Cottonwood Heights.
A sound bath is an immersive sound experience that can be very therapeutic.
It begins with a guided meditation and progresses into a soundscape journey that provides beneficial sound frequencies to promote wellness and grounding within your body.
Please bring any mats, cushions, blankets, pillows, etc. to make a comfortable space on the floor for the experience - note that you're also welcome to use a chair if that's more comfortable.
A suggested donation of $15 allows for these events to continue.
