🎉 January Employee of the Month – Alicia Erwin, RN! 🎉
Please join us in congratulating Alicia Erwin, RN, in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility, on being named MCCH’s January Employee of the Month! Alicia has been part of the MCCH team for five years and was nominated by her peers an incredible 13 times - a true testament to the impact she makes every day.
Known for going above and beyond, Alicia is often the first to volunteer, spend extra time at a patient’s bedside, or lift spirits (sometimes even with a song!). Her kindness, compassion, and joyful attitude make her a blessing to both patients and coworkers.
As one coworker shared, "Alicia is by far one of the most experienced, kind, and competent nurses I have met. She is always upbeat and treats everyone - staff and patients alike - so well."
