EDS bodies aren’t just flexible.

When your tissues are working overtime to feel more stable, pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms almost always show up eventually, since those muscles are our "core" stabilizers.

Pelvic physical therapy can help you feel more truly stable and strong, reduce discomfort, support digestion, improve bladder control, and make exercise feel possible again.

If you’ve been dismissed before, or told “just strengthen your core,” (usually only to make you worse) you deserve care that actually understands EDS. We need to look a the whole body, interacting conditions, your full history, lifestyle, goals, and more.

An individual evaluation is the only way to know what your body needs. We can help!

We spent the weekend at the POTS & Beyond 2025 conference with world-renowned providers, advocates, patients, and their loved ones. These brilliant people are not only passionate, but deeply knowledgeable. We learned more about protocols, referral pathways, clinical pearls, and patient-education tools that actually produce results.

Being in rooms like this make us proud that Well Being PT is part of this inner circle of people who deeply care. We further strengthen resources, referral connections, and updated clinical information that will directly benefit who we treat.

This is one of our favorite part of this work: when we learn together, our patients win. And we can’t wait to bring all of this back into the clinic to better serve you.

If you can, consider donating to PCARES to continue to strengthen advocacy and treatment progression.

Build your foundation now — and feel good through the holidays!

The upcoming months can quickly shake up the three pillars that keep us healthy - how you eat, sleep, and move.

Good or bad, stress matters — but your body doesn’t always know the difference.

At Well Being Physical Therapy, we help your body respond in ways that are healthy, productive, and less draining, so you can actually enjoy this time. How?

✨ Keep meals regular and nourishing (keeping a few sweets)
✨ Sleep can't be sacrificed
✨ Make time for gentle movement, even if it looks different

You won't need resolutions this year! Instead, you need a program that support you through the season, and the right people to help you through it.

Reach out today to start your plan before the holidays hit. 🌿

We love to hear from you! Comment below with your favorite holiday tips...

As a Pelvic Physical Therapist, this is my favorite way to loosen tension in the pelvic floor and glutes.
Try it out, or even better, come see us about WHY that may be happening and what else you can do about it. We're here to help!

At Well Being Physical Therapy, we know that many of our patients have experienced stress, injury, or even trauma that can affect the healing process. That’s why we follow a trauma-informed approach to care — one that recognizes the whole person and creates an environment where patients feel safe, supported, and empowered.

In this post, we’ll share the six core principles of trauma-informed care and how we bring them to life every day in our clinic.

Discover how Well Being PT uses trauma-informed care to create a safe, supportive, and empowering experience for every patient
