A patient walked in with neck pain that had been bothering him for a year. He had pain every time he swallowed, even his own saliva.
The usual suspects? All clear.

Then he came to Murray ENT and Dr. Jubran found the real troublemaker—a bone most people don’t even know they have called the hyoid bone. Inflammation of this area was causing his pain. One precise steroid injection in the office later… the pain was gone and he was so grateful! 🦴✨
