We had such an amazing knitting + mini wellness retreat today at A Soldier's Heart Bluegrass and Muddy Waters. It was one of those days that just felt really meaningful.

What an incredible organization with a mission that is truly near and dear to my heart. They host retreats for veterans across Kentucky and the nation. We are thankful for their service.

I’m so grateful for this opportunity and continuing to trust the process as I follow the path I feel called to. Thank you for your support 💕

We don't get enough moments like this anymore. Slow. Mindful. Creative.

That's one of my favorite parts of teaching these workshops. Just slowing down, creating something with your hands, and being present for a couple of hours. 💕
