❤️‍🔥It's in these times of great change and transformation that the innate intelligence and frequency of the Ghost Point Ceremonies is returning to the Earth in a much more visible way.

✨The Ghost Point Ceremonies are an ancient process of restoring balance and harmony within each being.

🌱It is a process and a way of becoming more of a stabilized vessel to hold the Spirit and the life path that you are here to live.

🌞The honor comes from being in alignment, connection, communion, and deep reverence with the primordial forces of the universe that exists within you.

🌈We allow for the bridge between Spirit and Earth to open, to release what no longer serves us or our lineage and to make space for that which our Spirit came to perform on Earth in this life.

🔥In order to hold more of our spirit and our vision, we must prime our vessel to hold this spiritual energy. This means stabilizing our jing, and chi, in order to receive more Shen (spirit).

A musing for the day ... 🌱

When I get that feeling.. a feeling of fear that makes me want to freeze, I realized that it's the perfect time to ask myself to dance.

(To ask my fears to dance with me anyways.)

I use dance because it's playful.. romantic even. It's endearing. It's soulful.

Literally, I want to know my fears. I want to hold them and allow them to be held. To understand them, and for them to be understood. To love them, and to allow them (me, us) to be loved.

The scared parts. The fearful parts. The parts that felt shamed, sorrowful, hollow, guilty, crazy, rageful and a myriad of other emotions.

I surrender into my fears. I allow them to exist as a part of my conscious awareness. I love them.

I allow myself to surrender so that I may transcend. I allow myself to transcend into loving acceptance so that I may return to the One that has always existed.

That is how I am dancing back into Wholeness and Union with Creator.

A perpetual dance of return to the One.

Within each of us, and enmeshed within the living fabric of Consciousness and all that is in existence, is...
the Forever Dance,
the Neverending Kiss,
the Eternal Embrace of... Song (sound) and the Space that holds it (stillness).

It is indescribably beautiful.
It lives within you. It is all around you. It is the Dance of Life. The Eternal love story. The sacred convergence of polarity, where what exists is only the One, the only, the everything.

One of my most incredible (and prophetic) remembrance dreams was about this very thing.
