Dr. Ralph Cozart, hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the College of Charleston in 1984. He subsequently earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1991 from the Medical University of South Carolina. Following this, he completed an internship and residency in General Surgery, as well as a residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga.

Since beginning his private practice in Myrtle Beach in 1998, Dr. Cozart has performed thousands of surgeries encompassing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He is an active member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the South Carolina Society of Plastic Surgery. Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1999, he upholds his certification through ongoing education and recertification exams. The most recent exam took place in 2019, ensuring that Dr. Cozart meets the highest standards of excellence in the practice of Plastic Surgery.
