PARTNER with ARISE this Giving Tuesday and Giving season
We are a nonprofit health and wellness studio on mission. We would love for you to partner with us as we work to help others ARISE. Here are a few ways your partnership makes an impact:
Our vision is to empower each individual to ARISE and find balance, health, and freedom through Christ-centered yoga and wellness services while giving back to help women in need.
We offer 7 financial scholarships each year to women who find themselves in a difficult season of life and need assistance.
We offer scholarships for local men and women who are in a season of difficulty to take classes and join the community where they will have support love and be encouraged in their health and faith.
We offer scholarship positions to train future yoga instructors, who financially cannot afford the training, but have a passion and desire to lead others.
We partner with other faith based ministries to support women in our community and abroad.
We offer scholarship spots for individuals who find themselves in a challenging season to join our health and nutrition reset coaching program, workshops, as well as our retreats. These services allow for mind body soul health and restoration for the individual.
We help single mothers and their children financially as they navigate providing housing, food, clothing and living cost.
We have a passion and commitment to share the hope of Jesus through health and wellness services with our community, our brothers and sisters abroad, and the world at large.

Karen’s teaching style is gentle and purposeful with emphasis on alignment. She believes Your yoga practice should allow your body to feel each posture, fully and correctly. Yin Yoga with
Is a calm but intentional practice that all of us need. in this class, you will spend your time on the floor exploring different postures that allow you to get into the fascia of the body to release built-up inflammation tension and pain. This practice is a great way to decrease stress and care for the body while finding deep meditation. Don’t wait. Sign up your nervous system will thank you!
Krista is a beautiful woman and dedicated yogi who has been a faithful part of Arise and has an incredible heart. Krista is a sweet blessing and we are excited to have her on the Arise team! She comes with a committed dedication and knowledge of the yoga practice and models consistency and grace. Her own personal study and experience add a level of inspiration that you will want to experience. She is intentional bringing a balance of strength and grace.
A little more about Krista:
Krista is a mother of 6 beautiful children.
She discovered yoga in 2021 as a newcomer to Temecula. She immediately developed a strong daily practice. Which helped her in her very busy family life. After obtaining her RYT200 certification, she became increasingly interested in different styles of yoga and continues to study and learn and grow. She is particularly interested in mindfulness and the mind/body connection. She enjoys sharing this passion for yoga and growth so others learn to face any challenge with compassion, love, and grace. Krista hopes to help empower others to find strength and peace through the use of breath and mindful movement as they connect with their inner spirit. She hopes students leave her classes feeling accomplished, more peaceful, and with a sense of clarity to take into their lives and share with their loved ones.
