Located in Murrieta, California, An Optimal You specializes in anti-aging and integrative medicine. We have a highly trained group of Wellness Partners who work alongside us to assist you in optimizing your health. A variety of wellness services are offered: Bio-identical Hormone Replacement, Integrative Nutrition, Reiki, Clinical Aromatherapy, Brain Optimization, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Aesthetician, Guided Meditation, Bio-Energy testing, Ozone therapy, Prolozone, a variety of IV therapies, and a Far Infrared Sauna. We treat patients from Murrieta, Temecula, San Jacinto, Perris, Hemet, Fallbrook, and other surrounding Tri-Valley area cities. Dr. Laurie Blanscet has been a physician in the Temecula valley area for about 2 decades. While giving educational talks in the community and during conversations with her long-time patients, she realized a growing need for proactive, anti-aging, and wellness medicine. Introduced to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and integrative medicine through her patients and after her own personal medical nightmare, Dr. Laurie chose to 'go back to school' for preventative and integrative medicine. She is the first and only Diplomat of the ABAARM (in the Temecula Valley, CA). The Wellness Partners are all unique in the high quality of their training and expertise.
