Rise & Reframe Physical Therapy Rising to performance and Reframing movement- Exclusive 1:1 Concierge Physical Therapy

Our upcoming Transformational Breathwork session is designed to help you move stress out of the body — not just manage it mentally. Through guided breathing, intentional music, and supportive coaching, this experience creates space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and renewed clarity.

Breathwork isn’t about forcing anything. It’s about allowing what’s been stored to move — tension, overwhelm, stagnant energy — so your body can return to balance. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

If you’ve been pouring into everyone else lately, this is a space to pour back into you.

Transformational Breathwork
Sunday, February 22nd
4:00–6:00 PM
Rise & Reframe Physical Therapy 39400 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., Unit 122A Murrieta, CA 92563
$50 per person

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, pillow, water, and an eye mask (optional)

Spots are limited to keep the space intentional and supportive.

Recovery doesn’t just depend on time. It depends on how safe your body feels.

After an injury or stressful event, the nervous system often stays on high alert. Even when tissue is healing, the body can move cautiously, brace more, or avoid certain patterns because it’s still trying to protect you.

That’s why recovery can feel slow or unpredictable. Not because you aren’t healing, but because your system hasn’t fully recalibrated yet.

When we introduce the right input at the right time, whether that’s manual work, movement, or sensory feedback, we help the nervous system realize it can ease up. That shift can change how quickly the body is willing to move, load, and recover.

Healing isn’t just about fixing tissue. It’s about helping the system trust movement again.

Posture isn’t just about how you sit or stand. It’s shaped by real life.

Long days at a desk. Driving. Scrolling. Stress that lives in your shoulders or jaw. Doing the same movements over and over. Your nervous system adapts to what you ask of it most. When life feels demanding, the body often chooses stability and efficiency. That can show up as stiffness or posture that slowly shifts over time. It’s the system trying to manage load, not a failure.

Cupping can help improve circulation and tissue movement, giving the nervous system new information so movement feels easier again.

Posture changes when your body has better options. That’s what we’re working toward.

Heather is one of my favorite people. Not only because she’s an incredible mom who is funny, kind, and full of heart, but because she is relentless in the best way. She never backed down when things didn’t make sense. For years, she advocated for herself, kept asking questions, and trusted her inner knowing when her body was asking for something different.

Living with hypermobility meant her journey required a different approach rooted in safety, awareness, and strength from the inside out. Together, we slowed things down. We listened to her nervous system, rebuilt trust in her body, and focused on isometric strength to support her joints while improving proprioception and control. It was never about doing more. It was about doing what was right for her.

I’m so grateful for the time we shared in our therapy visits and for the trust she placed in me, not only with her own care but with her children’s as well. Watching her thrive now and show up for herself daily brings so much joy to my heart. She puts in the work every single day, and I couldn’t be more proud of her for reframing movement, reclaiming her strength, and stepping fully back into her life.

Movement shouldn’t feel fragile, confusing, or unpredictable.

When pain or restriction shows up, it’s rarely about one tight muscle or one “weak” area. It’s usually about how your body is coordinating, loading, and adapting over time.

That’s why pushing harder, stretching more, or resting longer often doesn’t solve it.
Progress starts when you slow things down and assess how your body actually moves — not just where it hurts.

Clarity changes the plan.

And the plan changes how you move forward.

Knee pain isn’t random — and it’s not something you just push through.

Most knee pain comes from how your body is moving and loading over time. When we slow things down and assess the full picture, the path forward becomes clear.

Clarity first. Then a plan you can trust.

It’s Physical Therapy Month! What better way to celebrate than celebrating our patients 💪

Every now and then, a patient’s story perfectly captures what rising to performance is all about so with pleasure, let me introduce you to Jorge.

Working with Jorge was a powerful reminder of what reframing movement really means too. When we started, pain had taken over — walking, standing, and daily life all felt like uphill battles. Each week, I never knew how he’d walk in, but I always knew he’d show up. Jorge showed up with determination, grit, positivity, and a drive to move forward.

We focused on calming protection patterns, restoring balance, and building confidence in every step. Week by week, his progress grew — until the day he walked in and out without his cane. 🙌

Beyond the clinic, I had the privilege of getting to know his incredible family — his wife, his kids, their humor, their love -the kind of love and support that makes healing possible.

This journey with Jorge reminded me that physical therapy isn’t just about strength — it’s about hope, connection, and reframing what’s possible through movement. 🤍
