The bad days can be the most important days to show up for your workout.

The tired days.
The stressful days.
The “I’m not feeling it” days.

We tell our clients something simple:

Don’t skip. Just adjust.

Think of it like the stock market 📉

• Skip the workout = down day
• Show up and modify = flat day
• Stack enough flat days = back to growth

And here’s the part most people miss…

A 10% drop doesn’t just require 10% to recover.
It takes more effort to get back to even.

So every time you skip, you’re digging a deeper hole.

Most people blame seasonal allergies on pollen and weather.
And yeah — that’s real. I’m with you 🤧.

But there’s a layer most people never hear about:

Your dietaryhistamine load.

Certain foods can contain high levels of histamines, trigger your body to release more, or slow down your ability to break them down.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

New dad loses 18 lbs of body fat w/o putting life on hold.

Here’s Daulton’s journey in progress. He came to us:

6 months after moving.
New baby at home.
High-stress sales job.

And 40 lbs up from the best shape of his life.

He had done this before but knew this version of life required a different approach.



Here’s what happened in 5 months:

• Scale: -15 lbs
• Body Fat: -18 lbs
• Muscle: +1.5 lbs
• Body Fat %: -5%

But the most overlooked shift…

Visceral fat: 17 → 12

This is one of the biggest reasons you need a coach.

Left on our own, most of us default to what we like…
what we’ve done before…
what feels comfortable.

The problem is...
that’s often not what actually gets us results.

Sometimes it leads to injury.
Sometimes it’s just spinning your wheels for months.

On the other side,
if you only do what you need…
most people don’t stick with it long enough to see it through.

That’s why this is more of an art than people think.

The goal is finding the balance
where you’re progressing, staying consistent,
and actually enjoying the process.

That’s how you get your 🍰 and eat it too 💪

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮!

At 71 years old and 120 lb., She gained 3 lbs of pure muscle. That is huge as a 71yo woman!
Meanwhile, She dropped her body fat from 20.1% down to 15.1%.
And her scale weight? Barely changed.
Read that again.
The scale didn't hardly move, but her how her body looks and feels has completely changed. This is exactly why we don't chase a number on the scale. We chase what's actually happening under the hood.

She's building muscle, losing fat, strengthening her bones, and setting herself up to stay independent and strong for decades to come. That's not just fitness, that's quality of life.

This is what 71 years young looks like when you put in the work with the right team and the right plan.

Have you ever actually looked at your visceral fat levels?

Not your weight.
Not your body fat %.

Your visceral fat.

Most people haven’t.

But this is the fat that sits around your organs—and it behaves very differently than the fat you can see.

It’s not just stored.

It’s active.

It releases inflammatory signals, keeps your body in a constant state of stress, and can make it significantly harder to lose weight.

So if you feel like:

This could be a big missing piece.
