I’ve worked with everyone from everyday adults overcoming chronic pain to elite athletes chasing peak performance. No matter who’s in front of me, I’m driven to help clients achieve real, lasting results.

I hold certifications from NASM, Precision Nutrition, USA Weightlifting, Barbell Rehab, and CrossFit, and I specialize in corrective exercise, injury prevention, and performance training. My background includes coaching national-level athletes in skiing and wrestling, as well as guiding clients with complex medical histories, including autoimmune conditions and post-rehab recovery, through safe and effective programs. I believe in blending science-backed programming with practical lifestyle strategies to help people thrive both in and out of the gym.

If you work in a mentally demanding job, consistency in the gym might not be a motivation issue.

It might be decision fatigue.

When you spend your day making high-stakes calls — in healthcare, law, fire, police, leadership — the last thing your brain wants to do at 6pm is decide what workout to do.

So you default to the easiest choice.
And often, that’s skipping it.

One of the most powerful shifts we see is this: remove the decision.

Have someone build the plan.
Show up. Execute.

No extra thinking. No mental load. Just action.

For a lot of high-performing professionals, that’s the difference between inconsistency and momentum.

Structure creates freedom.

Progressive Health Pro was born out of our passion to help those who need it the most. As a nation, our health is crumbling. Health care costs are rising exponentially and our population is becoming increasingly more sick and tired. We know that the journey to health isn’t often a straight, clear path when walking it alone. We set out to walk the journey with people to get them to a place where they can thrive.

Our team consists of highly educated fitness and nutrition professionals who can help with nearly any set of goals and any health issue. We take pride in helping develop fitness and nutrition programs that help people achieve their goals safely and efficiently.
