Right now, Iowa lawmakers are reviewing healthcare budgets, and 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙨. While Medicaid has been mentioned, it is not the only insurance program considering reductions, which could impact access to chiropractic care for many patients across the state.

Decisions like these affect whether patients can continue receiving the care they rely on for pain relief, mobility, and overall health.

That’s why a major Iowa-only research study is underway: to collect real patient experiences and show lawmakers and insurance companies the true value of chiropractic care.
