As we are beginning this new calendar year, it’s worth asking: What does your wellness journey look like for you in 2026?

Is it eating more whole, intentional foods?
Is it moving your body in a way that feels more sustainable and supportive?
Is it deep diving into your favorite topic? Or learning something new?

What is your main goal for this year? Share in the comments below. Remember - you don’t need extremes. Even the smallest goal is one worth striving for. Start where you are. Build thoughtfully.

As we step into the new year, I want to take a moment to reflect and give thanks.

This past year was one of meaningful growth — from completing speaking engagements focused on male fertility and men’s health, hosting small, intentional classes that allowed for deeper education and real conversation to growing our community and offerings at Level Up Wellness. These experiences reinforced why I do this work and the importance of creating spaces where people feel informed, supported, and empowered about their own wellness.

The year ahead we look towards ever expanding growth. We are continuing to build thoughtfully, with many exciting developments underway. I’m looking forward to expanding our offerings, reaching more people, and continuing these important conversations in the coming year.

Thank you for your trust and for being part of the Level Up Wellness community. I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you in your wellness journey.
