🌟🌟🌟Huge congratulations to Harbor Terrace's Taylor Lowell (Director of Food Services) and Austin Marr (Assistant Director of Food Services) for competing in the Trilogy Health Services Great Lakes Culinary Olympics and took home the RESIDENT'S CHOICE AWARD for Best Dish! We are so proud of them! 🌟🌟🌟

They competed against 8 other campuses in our Great Lakes Division. Resident's Choice is an important award since that is really what we are here for, our residents! Taylor and Austin served a honey garlic chicken thigh served with steamed white rice and sauteed veggies. They also had to incorporate the secret ingredient: Black tea!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ We enjoyed a fantastic early celebration at Happy Hour on Friday! Thanks to Dansby Vogler for the fun entertainment!

Today we will be having a St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl in our Health Center Dining Room with different drinks, snacks, and activities! From 2:30 to 3:30 pm for all residents. We can’t wait to continue the shenanigans! ☘️🥳🍻
