In preparation, for our Winter Gala Elegant Dinner and Happy Hour, Ashley, one of our Life Enrichment Assistants, shared her artistic talent with us by painting some windows with snowflakes. Residents enjoyed seeing the windows transformed into a festive winter backdrop for the evening. ❄️

What a magical experience! We had a truly memorable Winter Gala Elegant Dinner for our Residents!

It was a fine dining experience from start to finish! We started with Wild Mushroom En Croute for an appetizer! Then for dinner Braised Short Ribs of Beef, Truffle Whipped Potatoes, vegetables, and a fresh baked roll. Then finished with a chocolate mousse with an edible flower. Our bar served Ice Palace Refreshers. And the finishing touch was the beautiful and mesmerizing harp music played by Alison Reese!

Events like this make our community so special. Thank you to everyone who helped create such a beautiful and memorable evening for our residents.
