Coffee tastes better when it comes with collaboration. ☕️🫱🏻‍🫲🏼👥

Yesterday’s “Coffee On Us” was filled with great conversation about what’s happening in our market and how we can better support one another and the families we serve.

We talked about safe transitions from hospital to rehab, when assisted living is the right next step, how to prevent unnecessary hospital returns, and how we coordinate with home health and community partners to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We even discussed companionship programs and additional support services that help reduce loneliness and improve quality of life — because care isn’t just clinical, it’s personal.

When providers collaborate, families feel it.
And residents benefit from it.

So grateful for every partner who stopped in to sip, chat, and strategize together. When we work together, our seniors win. 🤍

✨ Welcome Home to Our Newest Neighbor ✨

Today we had the honor of welcoming an incredible new neighbor into our community — a 97-year-old servant leader who dedicated 30 years as a pastor at a local church and another 30 years serving the community through the Rescue Mission.

His heart for faith and service doesn’t stop here. We are truly blessed that he will be volunteering his time to lead services right here in our assisted living community. ✝️

We are grateful for his wisdom, his faith, and the legacy he continues to share. We are so lucky to have him with us. 🤍

Strong partnerships matter—especially when it comes to serving our community and supporting individuals and families during important transitions of care. We’re grateful for the trust, collaboration, and shared commitment to making sure people land in the right place at the right time.

When rehab is complete and the next step is assisted living, collaboration and trust make all the difference. We’re thankful for the teamwork that allows individuals to move forward with clarity, support, and confidence.

Today we celebrate a very special member of our family as he begins his next chapter with us. 🤍

Jeff has meant so much to our Assisted Living community — his presence, his spirit, and the connections he’s made will always be part of our story. While this transition brings change, what remains constant is our commitment to him and his care.

One of the things that makes our community so special is that when needs change, care doesn’t have to. From Assisted Living to Skilled Nursing and Memory Care, we are honored to walk alongside our residents through every stage of their journey — surrounded by familiar faces, trusted caregivers, and a place that already feels like home.

This isn’t goodbye — it’s simply a new step forward, together. 💙
