βοΈ Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary hospice team
βοΈ Ensure exceptional, patient-centered end-of-life care
βοΈ Guide care planning & clinical excellence
βοΈ Drive quality improvement (QAPI)
βοΈ Support hiring & team development
Youβll partner closely with the Medical Director and serve as the clinical backbone of our hospice program.

Youβre a licensed RN in Oklahoma with hospice or home health experience.
