Helping your child manage stress can set the tone for a healthier, more successful school year. While some stress can be helpful—like boosting motivation or rising to a challenge—chronic or toxic stress can take a toll over time, affecting both physical and mental health. Things like anxiety, low immunity, and even long-term health issues can stem from unmanaged stress.

If your child is feeling overwhelmed, try a calming activity together to help them feel supported and not alone. Learn more at https://brnw.ch/21x1kZE

April is Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Awareness Month, a reminder that cancer doesn’t only affect older adults.

Thousands of teens and young adults face diagnoses every year, often while navigating school, careers, relationships, and the early years of adulthood.

Join us April 1 as young adult cancer survivor Brooke Clay Taylor shares her story of resilience, life after diagnosis, and what survivorship really looks like. Her voice is a powerful reminder that awareness, support, and community matter. Registration is required.
