Today after our base meeting, our med crew — and even our pilot Jeremy — spent time sharpening our BLS and ACLS skills with hands-on scenarios. Because when the call comes in, there’s no pause button. Our patients deserve a team that is confident, coordinated, and ready at a moment’s notice.
Education and repetition matter. Practicing together builds muscle memory, strengthens communication, and makes us better for the communities we serve.
Plus… it’s always a good time when we get to train as a team and have some healthy competition with each other!
