Hello everyone! ππΌ My name is Kyla or Ky! Some of you may recognize me from my time working as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the hospital. I've recently transitioned into offering 1-on-1 personal training here at Muskogee Fit and Checotah Fitclub and Iβm excited to start working with people who want more guidance and accountability.
I also offer Hybrid and Online Training options, which includes access to a training app that allows you to follow your plan, watch exercise videos, track macros and metrics, and receive 24/7 support from me to help keep you accountable between sessions.
My approach combines principles from physical therapy with practical strength training to help people build bodies that are capable, pain-free, and sustainable for everyday life.
I believe that:
