Our PA cohorts have been hard at work wrapping up the semester, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything they’ve accomplished. The PA Class of 2025 wrapped up their final call-back day with polished presentations and their last round of OSCEs—an incredible milestone as they finish up their training.

The PA Class of 2026 is closing out their Didactic year with Advanced Clinical Procedures. Last week they learned how to properly gown and glove before surgery.

And the PA Class of 2027 just completed their anatomy course with thoughtful, well-delivered Anatomy Case presentations—an impressive finish to one of the most challenging foundational courses.

It’s been a busy, rewarding week across all cohorts, and we’re excited to see each class continue to grow into confident, capable future clinicians.

The NSU PA Program is excited to partner with the Baptist Free Health Clinic, an organization that provides free walk-in healthcare services to patients in Muskogee. This collaboration will give our students valuable hands-on clinical experience during their didactic year while allowing them to serve and support the needs of the local community!

In October, we wear pink! 💖 Our PA Class of 2026 wore pink to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to honor those impacted by breast cancer.

Early detection saves lives—regular screenings are key. The American Cancer Society recommends that women at average risk begin annual mammograms at age 40–45, with the option to transition to every other year at age 55. Talk with your healthcare provider about the screening plan that’s right for you.
