In this class, you'll learn how to work with different menstruum including:

✨Apple Cider Vinegar

People always ask me what Rainbow Roots means. The rainbow represents the full spectrum of healing… Every emotion. Every season. Every version of you. The joy, the grief, the growth, the becoming.

If you've met me, you know how important balancing the Chakras are to me:
🔴 Root – safety, stability, survival
🟠 Sacral – creativity, pleasure, emotion
🟡 Solar Plexus – confidence, power, identity
🟢 Heart – love, compassion, connection
🔵 Throat – truth, expression, voice
🟣 Third Eye – intuition, awareness, clarity
⚪ Crown – spiritual connection, higher self

When one area is off, we feel it. When we start tending to all of them, we return to balance.

The roots represent grounding. Returning to what’s natural, what’s ancestral, what’s real.
🌿The plants. ☀️The earth. 🧘🏾‍♀️The wisdom that was here long before us.

Together… Rainbow Roots is about honoring your whole self while staying deeply connected to where you come from. This space was built with intention, community, and love for people who are ready to reconnect, relearn, and realign.

Self-love isn’t just bubble baths and affirmations…
🫶🏾it’s accountability.
🫶🏾It’s choosing yourself even when it’s uncomfortable.
🫶🏾It’s being honest about what’s draining you and having the courage to shift it.
It’s not about becoming someone new... it’s about returning to who you were before the world told you to shrink.

Give yourself grace for the days you’re still learning. Give yourself credit for how far you’ve come. And give yourself permission to evolve without explaining it to anyone.
