I realize that over time, I became a little too lax and tried to meet everyone where they were, often in my inbox. While my intention was to be accessible and supportive, I’ve learned that this approach hasn’t allowed me to show up fully or consistently in the way you truly deserve.

Here’s the truth:
✨️Sometimes an herb alone doesn’t get to the root of the issue.
✨️Sometimes meditation is the medicine.
✨️Sometimes the body needs stretching, rest, or the release of stored trauma.
‼️And most of the time, diet and lifestyle shifts are necessary.

If I only recommend an herb without addressing the other areas of your life that need support, that herb won’t be as successful as it could be.

but you’ve got to meet it halfway. Consultations allow me to look at the whole picture and support you with intention, care, and alignment, not rushed replies in a DM.

After months of slow infusion and intention, Clean Slate Spray is officially ready.

This small batch, vinegar-based home cleaner is infused with orange, grapefruit, and lemon (both peels and some of the fruit), along with thyme, fresh pine needles, moon water, and a few drops of Health Defense essential oil (similar to Thieves). Each ingredient was chosen for how it supports real cleaning power.

Orange, Grapefruit & Lemon
