Heart Across America! We are thrilled to share that we have begun receiving heartfelt cards from various locations throughout the country. However, we still have quite a few states from which we have not yet received any cards. The residents have truly enjoyed the creative process of crafting their cards, with great enthusiasm, to send to different nursing homes.
