Parents — if your athlete wants to run faster, jump higher, build confidence, and step into the best version of themselves, this is for them.

Our 8-Week Power, Speed & Agility Bootcamp is officially open for registration, and spots are already being taken.
This program is designed for youth athletes ages 10–18 who want to improve performance in their sport while building strength, coordination, and real confidence that carries into every part of life.

Led by former collegiate athlete Coach Danny Estrada, your athlete will train safely, learn proper technique, gain explosive power, and get the kind of coaching that helps them grow on and off the field.

A highlight of the role of a coach is seeing your people overcome new challenges, and feel successful after doing so.

This whole game for us is about seeing our people win. Tonight during our group workout Lorralei took on the Hex Bar Deadlift for the first time and crushed it. It was an exercise she’s been wanting to do but hasn’t gotten around to it, but tonight was that night! The best part for the rest of us was seeing how pumped she was afterwards. That’s what it’s all about!

Taking ourselves out of our comfort zones to reach new levels.

The Team EVB mentality is that we’re never satisfied with where we are today and instead, are always driven to reach our full potential.

We all have different starting points and different stories. Different challenges and different strengths but none of that matters. What does matter are these two things:

1) We give our best effort when we’re in the gym.
2) We help everyone around us to do the exact same thing.

This fitness thing is hard enough, but it’s easier with like-minded people who support you and your goals.

A round of applause is due!! 👏

Team EVB Member Gregg Bahney has hit the mega milestone — his 1,000th workout at EVB! 🙌

Gregg has led by example from the very beginning. He started training at EVB back in the garage days and has beaten every single obstacle that’s come his way over the last 1,000 workouts.

Gregg shows up with grit, a positive attitude, and a commitment to getting better every single day. He’s someone who’s always trying to learn and beat the silly thing we call, “age” and he’s a pretty good job of it.

We’re beyond proud to have Gregg as part of the EVB team — and inspired by the example he sets for everyone around him.
A couple fun facts about Gregg: He’s 64, has battled and overcame many injuries, is a grandpa, and does custom wood work!

Here’s to the next 1,000, Gregg — you’re a champion!
