If you’re feeling like you’re in a rut and need a push to level up, these three things will help!
1) Get around the right people - Find an accountability buddy or a community of people who are trying to do the same thing that you want to do. When you’re around other people who want to level up, you naturally level up too!
2) Track your progress - What gets measured gets managed. Tracking, monitoring, or measuring a metric brings it into focus, allowing for better control and improvement. It’s hard to know what you did before if you don’t track it.
3) Remember why you’re doing this in the first place - What was the moment you said, “enough is enough.” What is the reason for starting this process in the first place? Was there certain clothes you couldn’t fit into? A situation in your life that you wished your fitness was better? Is someone watching that you want to be a positive example for? The WHY has to be bigger than the short term temptations that try to pull you off track.
