I had to learn this the hard way.

There was a time I felt everything…
other people’s moods, their heaviness, their energy—it all found its way to me.

And I thought that was just part of being intuitive.
Part of being open.

But it isn’t.

Spiritual boundaries are something you learn over time.
Not by shutting yourself off…
but by understanding what is yours to hold—and what never was.

I started noticing the difference.
The way my energy felt when it was truly mine.
The way things shifted when I stopped carrying what didn’t belong to me.

That’s when everything changed.

Now, I don’t take everything in.
I don’t explain my distance.
I don’t give access to parts of me that need to stay protected.

And that is part of the craft.

If you’re beginning to feel overwhelmed…
this is your reminder:

You can be open
and still be protected.

You can be sensitive
and still have boundaries.

You can walk this path
without carrying the weight of everything around you.

Your energy is sacred.
Start treating it that way.

The Moon and the Seven Sisters have long carried a quiet kind of magic.

The Seven Sisters, also known as the Pleiades, are a star cluster in Ta**us. Though the cluster holds many more stars, most people can see six or seven with the naked eye, which is part of why they became woven into story, symbol, and sacred timing across so many traditions. Astronomers identify them as a young open cluster, and in Greek myth they were remembered as the seven daughters of Atlas and Pleione.

When the Moon passes near the Seven Sisters, it feels like a meeting between intuition and remembrance.

The Moon has always been tied to cycles, inner knowing, emotion, and the hidden tides we carry inside ourselves. The Pleiades, by contrast, have often been seen as a marker of season, guidance, and sacred timing, with cultures around the world linking their appearance to planting, story, and the turning of the year.

Together, they can be read as a sign to slow down and listen.

Not everything sacred arrives like a storm.
Some things return like starlight—soft, ancient, and exact.

The Moon beside the Seven Sisters feels like a reminder that your path does not need to be forced. There are seasons for blooming, seasons for waiting, and seasons for simply lifting your eyes and remembering that guidance has been above you all along.

Spiritually, this pairing can symbolize:

deep feminine wisdom
ancestral memory
divine timing
protection on the path
trusting what is unfolding quietly

The Seven Sisters have been seen by many peoples as maidens, doves, eggs, or seasonal signposts, which makes them feel less like distant stars and more like an old language the world has been speaking for a very long time.

So when the Moon draws near them, it is a beautiful time to ask:

What am I being guided back to?
What wisdom have I been carrying all along?
What if this season is not asking me to chase, but to remember?

The Moon and the Seven Sisters do not call us into urgency.

They call us into rhythm. Into trust. Into the kind of knowing that rises when we grow still enough to notice it.

🌀 The Spiral — A Return That Changes You

The spiral is one of the oldest symbols ever carved into stone. Long before written language, it was used to mark something people understood without needing to explain.

It still carries that same quiet meaning.

The spiral is not a straight path.
It curves, returns, and deepens.

You may find yourself in familiar places in life—
but you are not the same version of yourself who stood there before.

That is the nature of the spiral.
Not repetition… but growth with awareness.

🌀 What the Spiral Teaches

The single spiral reflects your own path.
It moves from the inner world outward.

There are times meant for turning inward…
for listening, resting, and gathering yourself.

And there are times meant for stepping forward…
for expression, creation, and expansion.

Both are part of the same movement.

The triple spiral holds a deeper rhythm.
Mind, body, spirit.
Or life, death, and rebirth.

It reminds us that nothing truly ends…
it shifts, changes form, and continues.

🌀The Spiral as Protection

The spiral has long been used alongside grounding stones like
Black Tourmaline, Obsidian, and Onyx.

Not as a barrier but as a guide for energy.

It helps move what feels heavy or unsettled,
gently unwinding it so it can pass rather than stay.

🌀A Simple Way to Work With It

Place a spiral symbol somewhere in your space-
near an entrance, on your altar, or in a quiet corner.

Take a moment with it.
Trace it slowly with your eyes or your finger.

Notice what you need:
To expand…or to release.

Let that be enough.

The spiral continues without force.
It changes shape, but it never stops.

If you were drawn to it,
you’re not going in circles…you’re moving deeper into your path

If this post found you… this herb may be calling to you.

Sage has long been used to clear what lingers.

Not just in a space—
but in the energy we carry,
the thoughts that won’t settle,
the weight that doesn’t quite belong to us.

When burned with intention,
it doesn’t force anything away.

It gently moves through…
lifting, softening, making room again.

This is a plant of clearing and reset.
Of returning a space back to itself.

If things have been feeling heavy,
stagnant, or hard to name…

you don’t need anything complicated.

Open a window.
Take your time.
Let the smoke move slowly.

And notice what shifts.

Not everything you carry is yours to keep.

There’s a bird that calls at the edge of evening…
right when the day gives way to night.

The whippoorwill.

If you’ve ever heard it, you know… it doesn’t just sound like a bird.
It carries something older, echoing through the trees.

In the old ways, the whippoorwill was seen as a messenger between worlds.
A voice that rises in the in-between —
twilight, where light and shadow meet.

Some believed it carried the voices of spirits.
Others said it came to sit near those who were grieving,
keeping quiet company in the dark.

But even outside of story…
there’s something about its call that settles into you.

Steady. Repeating.
Like it’s asking you to listen.

Not to the noise of the day…
but to what reveals itself when things grow still.

When a whippoorwill calls near you,
it can be a gentle nudge to slow down…

to step outside,
to breathe in the night air,
to remember that not everything needs to be understood right away.

Some things are meant to be felt first.

Tonight, if you hear one…
pause for a moment.

You might notice something you’ve been too busy to hear.

The Tower — Message for the Collective

Something is shifting, even if it doesn’t look how you expected.

The Tower isn’t here to punish you.
It’s here to remove what was never steady to begin with.

For some of you, this may feel like a sudden change…
a realization you can’t ignore…
or something falling away that you thought would last longer.

But look closer.

What’s leaving was already cracking beneath the surface.
You were just holding it together out of habit, hope, or fear of what comes next.

This energy is honest.
It clears what isn’t aligned so something stronger can take its place.

You are not being set back.
You are being redirected.

Let what falls, fall.

There is something more true waiting on the other side of this.

You did not rise gently.
There were parts of you
that had to be burned away
just so you could breathe again.
Versions of you
that loved too hard…
stayed too long…
kept forgiving
what kept hurting you.
You didn’t lose yourself.
You released
what was never meant
to survive with you.
And no—
they will never understand
this version of you.
Because they only knew you
when you were easier to hold.
Easier to silence.
Easier to break.
But you are not that anymore.
You are what remained
after the fire.
You are what chose to live
when it would have been easier
to stay in the ashes.
🔥
This is not the end of you.
This is the truth of you.

Magnolia teaches a different kind of strength.
Not the kind that hardens you.
Not the kind that asks you to carry everything without feeling it.

Magnolia holds a steadier wisdom.

She speaks of dignity, rootedness, grace, and the kind of inner knowing that does not need to prove itself to anyone. Her blossoms open wide, soft and full, yet the tree itself is ancient in spirit — enduring, grounded, and deeply sure of its place.

There is magic in magnolia for those who are returning to themselves.
For those learning that tenderness does not make them fragile.
For those remembering that beauty can be power.
For those choosing to stand in their truth without becoming hard to survive it.

Magnolia carries the energy of feminine strength, ancestral depth, heart wisdom, and sacred self-respect.

If you’ve been in a season of rebuilding, softening, or coming back into your own presence… magnolia is a gentle ally.

Ways to work with magnolia:
Place magnolia on your altar for self-worth, peace, and heart healing.
Work with her in spring rituals for renewal and personal growth.
Meditate with magnolia energy when you want to feel centered, calm, and fully in your own spirit.

Affirmation:
I do not need to harden to be powerful.

Black Tourmaline is known for protection…
but its work is deeper than that.

It brings you back into your own energy.

It helps you recognize what belongs to you…
and what you’ve been carrying that doesn’t.

With it, you start to notice the difference.

What feels steady.
What feels off.
What quietly drains you over time.

And from that awareness, something shifts.

You begin to release what isn’t yours.
You become more rooted in yourself.
More intentional with what you allow to stay.

This is how it supports you.

Not by shutting the world out,
but by helping you stand fully within your own space.

Keep it close.
Let it sit where you spend your time.
Return to it when you need to feel grounded again.

Moving Into a New Season

I know some of you can feel it…

That point where things don’t sit the same anymore.
Where you’re still showing up… but something inside you has shifted.

You’re thinking differently.
Noticing more.
Questioning what you once accepted.

And it can feel confusing…
because nothing around you has fully changed yet.

But you have.

Some of you are outgrowing roles you held for years.
Some of you are tired in a way that rest doesn’t fix.
Some of you are realizing you can’t keep pouring into the same places the same way.

That doesn’t make you ungrateful.
It means you’re becoming more honest with yourself.

This is what a new season looks like for many of you right now.

Not everything is clear.
Not everything is figured out.

But there is a quiet knowing building…
that you can’t go back to who you were.

And you’re not meant to.

You’re allowed to move forward without having every answer.
You’re allowed to take your time as things fall into place.

You’re not alone in this shift.
More people are standing in this space than you realize.

If this feels like where you are…
what has been changing for you lately?

The egg is one of the oldest symbols of spring.

Not because it’s delicate…
but because of what it holds.

Life, before it’s visible.
Change, before it’s obvious.
Potential, before it’s realized.

From the outside, nothing looks different.

But inside… everything is forming.

That’s the energy of this season.

Not everything you’re stepping into needs to be seen yet.
Not everything needs to be explained.

Some things are still becoming.
