Announcement of Retirement of D.T. Morgan,DC (DrBud)

It is with regret and happiness that I am announcing my retirement from Chiropractic on November 19, 2020. It has been such a pleasure to serve each and everyone of you over the past 40+ years.
The Chiropractic Center of Myrtle Beach will remain open where your records will remain and you may choose continued care with Dr. T.E.Morgan. If you choose to see a different provider please have him or her fax the office with records request (fax 843-448-7789)
