Our residents enjoyed a wonderful performance from Jim Quayles, whose rich voice and broad mix of songs engaged the whole room. He moved through oldies, country favorites, patriotic music, and Christian and gospel tunes, giving everyone something familiar to enjoy. We will be glad to welcome him back again. Thanks, Jim! 🎶✨

Our St. Patrick’s Day celebration came with a menu worth showing up for. Lucky Charm pancakes, Irish stew, and Guinness chocolate cake were all part of it, along with traditional Irish music, Lucky Leprechaun mimosas, and plenty of green around the room. Families even participated and came dressed in kilts, which made the day even better! ☘️🥂

Breakfast out is always a favorite, our residents headed to Southern House of Pancakes for a morning together. Some started with mimosas, and the table quickly filled with waffles, omelets, chipped beef on toast, and, of course, grits.

The food was excellent, but what happened at the end of the meal made the outing even more memorable. A Myrtle Beach local named Kim, who was there having breakfast that morning, told us she wanted to cover our meal. We were so touched by her kindness and grateful she let us take a photo with her.

Thank you, Kim, for such a thoughtful gesture. It meant a great deal to our group, and it turned a breakfast outing into something we will remember. We are already talking about going back, there are still plenty of things on the menu we want to try! 💛🥞

What a wonderful surprise from Visiting Angels! 🌹

Melanie with Visiting Angels unexpectedly dropped off dozens and dozens of beautiful flowers for our community. Our Business Office Manager, Amy, quickly stepped up to lead a wonderful flower arranging class with all the gorgeous blooms. The room smelled absolutely amazing as the residents chatted and put together their own unique bouquets. Everyone had such a great time admiring each other's beautiful floral creations! 💐

What a special afternoon of live music! One of our fantastic restaurant servers, Sierra, recently took the stage for her second performance here and completely brought the house down.

The room was packed, and the energy was amazing. Her setlist had a little bit of everything, including The Beatles, Brooks and Dunn, and a special Charlie Daniel's request. The residents cannot wait to see her perform again soon. Way to go, Sierra! 🎻🎵

Sometimes the ladies just need a fun day out together! We recently took a wonderful group trip over to J Peters Grill & Bar "Carolina Forest Myrtle Beach" for an incredibly delicious lunch. These ladies absolutely know how to have a great time!

We spent the whole afternoon sharing stories and enjoying some fantastic food and drinks. The best part? We made it back home just in time for a round of Bingo! 🎉🥳

Butterflies were the star of the show on ! 🦋

We dedicated an afternoon to learning about these beautiful creatures through videos and trivia. The best part was seeing our memory care residents get artistic with their own butterfly projects. They proudly displayed their work, which included lovely watercolor paintings and textured crafts. Such a perfect way to spend the day!

It was a very busy week of love for both Assisted Living and Memory Care! 🥰

We played Valentine's Bingo with the cutest gnome prizes, decorated cookies with Lauren, and hosted our annual Valentine's Tea party. We even had a surprise visit from a dancing heart, thanks to Family Hospice.

Over in Memory Care, the staff pulled off a beautiful by throwing a surprise Valentine's party for the residents. We call that a wonderful week all around! ❤️

Pizza for lunch and pizza for dessert? Yes please! 🍕

In honor of , Tori and our Memory Care residents headed to CiCi’s Pizza to enjoy their favorites, then brought the fun back home for Aprons & Appetizers. Our delicious creations featured fresh fruit, sweet glaze, and personal touches layered onto sugar cookie crusts!
