High Tea suited Ms. Ann perfectly! Dressed up in her fancy hat, we celebrated her 94th birthday with a room of ladies and a couple of gents, enjoying tea sandwiches, scones, and of course... birthday cake! 🎂💕

She shared that she was “ #15” on our opening day, walked the red carpet into our community, and stood to thank everyone for the party and the friendships, adding how happy she is that she chose Watercrest. It was a wonderful day, Happy Birthday Ms. Ann!

Tyler & Paige had the room on its feet at Watercrest Myrtle Beach! Memory Care and Assisted Living neighbors, plus family and friends, packed in for the music, while Kristen from TheKey Grand Strand kept the theme going! Whimsical and a little spooky... just how we like it! As part of our Halloween festivities, eleven residents (plus Heather and Eric) hopped on the bus to the City of Halloween, SC, grabbed lunch at Hop 'N Wich, all decked out for the season, then wandered haunted streets and met the ghouls! 🎃🚌

Floats first, crafts second... fall fun is in full swing at Watercrest Myrtle Beach! Jenny from Crescent Hospice stopped by with “Halloweeny” ice cream floats (vanilla + orange soda) and jumped in on our scarecrow craft; our Memory Care crew braved a cooler day for The Patch at Broadway at the Beach, then back home, made fall owls and decorated pumpkins across MC and AL. Witch hats on the table and scarecrow crunch in the bowls, all thanks to Kelli from Sunrise Hospice! She joined us at Watercrest Myrtle Beach for a "bewitchingly" good craft session! We decorated our own themed hats and kept the snacks close. "Witch" one’s your favorite? 🎃🧙‍♀️
