To dive deeper into how nutrition impacts mental health, come to our Mental Health & Nutrition Support Group meeting this Saturday, September 20, from 4–6 pm. We’ll discuss practical ways to use food as a tool for better mental well-being, share experiences, and support one another in a welcoming environment.
