Certain foods can help ease symptoms of depression and anxiety by supporting brain health — like berries rich in antioxidants, leafy greens with mood-regulating folate, nuts and seeds packed with omega-3s, and whole grains that stabilize blood sugar for balanced moods.

To dive deeper into how nutrition impacts mental health, come to our Mental Health & Nutrition Support Group meeting this Saturday, September 20, from 4–6 pm. We’ll discuss practical ways to use food as a tool for better mental well-being, share experiences, and support one another in a welcoming environment.

📍 All are welcome—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or just want to learn how to feed your mind better. We will also touch on essential oils, supplements , and trauma reducing yoga.
