There is nothing better than a community that looks out for one another! Coastal Cancer Center, Strand GI Associates, and Carolina Cancer Foundation are coming together on Saturday, March 28th for a free awareness walk right here in Myrtle Beach.

We will have coffee and pastries from Croissants, an interactive walk through a colon, and plenty of good company. Check-in is at 8:30 AM at 7900 N. Kings Highway. Grab a friend, a family member, or a neighbor and come spend the morning with us. Let us know you are coming by RSVPing on our page!

Coastal Cancer Center is proud to announce that Dr. Emily Touloukian is the first physician in South Carolina certified to deliver Optune Pax, positioning our practice as the first in the state to offer this newly FDA-approved therapy for adults with locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

Optune Pax is a wearable treatment that delivers Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields). This approval represents the first new treatment advancement for locally advanced pancreatic cancer in nearly 30 years and expands the therapeutic landscape for patients facing this diagnosis.

As a comprehensive oncology practice providing both medical and radiation oncology services, our focus remains on bringing clinically meaningful innovation to the communities we serve while maintaining coordinated, patient-centered care.
