We have all had times in our lives when you we have struggled with some sort of anxiety, depression or sense of loss. Most of the time we're able to bounce back and move forward. Sometimes, though, we struggle and need extra help. If you have been through a struggle previously, please consider giving to help support someone who is walking in those shoes now. Help us help other so no one has to walk through tough times alone.

Today we're thankful for our supportive board members. These volunteers help guide our Center as we make changes, prepare for growth and support our clients and clinicians. We're thankful this dedicated group of people uses their skills and talents to unselfishly uphold our mission to assist people on their journey toward healing and wholeness. This week we would like to say that we are thankful for our clients. Each day they walk into our offices with many struggles, but they also bring us joy as we watch them grow, heal and thrive. Everyday is not a perfect day, but we are thankful for the strides we make together!

We would love your support as we strive to meet some amazing goals in 2026! This year we've seen many changes that have helped us get strengthen our foundation. In 2026, we want to grow our outreach to help more of our community.
In June, we became part of the United Way's Breaking Barrier's program. Since then, we have been able to offer over 300 sessions to clients at no cost.
For 2026, we plan to offer more opportunities to others throughout our community. Would you join us in our journey to offer help and hope in 2026? Donate for Giving Tuesday 2026.

🌞 So here's a gentle challenge: Each morning this month, start your day by thinking of three things you're thankful for. Big or small, simple or profound—let them ground you.

Even on difficult days, gratitude can be a powerful light. Let's make thankfulness in November a daily experience. 💛
