She opened Coastline Chiropractic in November of 2017 and is excited to bring her knowledge and skills into the community. There is no age range for chiropractic care, she has worked on babies, athletes, pregnant women, retired golfers, and people well into their 90s! Nutrition and exercise are important parts of Dr. Katie’s life and are reflected in her patient’s treatment plans. Dr. Katie is very passionate about helping her patients achieve their best overall health and wellness. She is pleased to have the opportunity to share it with the community.

Warm up those shoulders!
Start laying face down with your arms overhead and your head resting on the floor.
Raise your arms as high as you can off the floor and rotate them around to behind your back.
Try not to let your arms or hands touch the floor or your back.
If you can complete body weight, try adding small weights like 2.5 pounds or 5 pounds.
