2015.

Forty weeks and two days pregnant.
Still on the bars. Still working.

I went on to carry him to 43 weeks before he made his debut on March 20. That part gets the dramatic music.

But here’s the real headline:

Ashiatsu kept me in the game.

Not just pregnant. Not just “pushing through.”
Working efficiently. Working sustainably. Working without wrecking my hands, wrists, or low back.

Young LMTs, listen carefully.

This career is not a sprint. It’s a 20-, 30-, 40-year marathon. If you build it on thumbs alone, you’ll pay for it. Repetitive strain injuries aren’t a badge of honor. They’re a design flaw.

Ashiatsu is biomechanics done right.

When you’re on the bars:
