The fog is lifting and with that, some of the heaviness that many people have been feeling. The Light IS returning and it is becoming stronger every day. Today is a day to celebrate, to feel hopeful, uplifted and joyous. The promise of change, positive change, is in the air. We are on the edge of a whole new paradigm, a new beginning.
Yes, there is more to do before our dreams are fully realized. “The work” is not finished AND we CAN TRUST and move forward with confidence that it is all coming together. Our prayers are being answered. So hold on tight because we are off to the races! 🔥🐎🌑☀️🌑

This was the message I received this morning when tuning into the energy of this potent day and with that, the guidance to offer this Icaro from the Shipibo tradition. Paro Keibakeash is a prayer that calls on all the Doctor Spirits and the Spirits of the Jungle to help us heal the world and bring great change. It is a hopeful, optimistic prayer and that’s what I am feeling for us all today.

This Light Language song began to flow through me a little over 2 weeks ago while I was driving through Kansas on my way to Colorado. It felt like a soul deep prayer for the Earth and all her children - plant, animal, stone, human and beyond.

I don’t always consciously remember these little songs, but this one keeps coming through as my heart longs to see balance and harmony restored and for all beings to live freely and in peace. My heart hurts from the many atrocities occurring in the world at this time.

Our prayers and our voices are needed. I offer my prayer to the fire, so that he may burn away all that is not of the highest Truth and Love and so that he may carry them out into the world and up to Creator with his smoke.

I invite you to listen to this with your heart and not your mind. It is a vibrational language and is meant to be felt.

May all beings be well
May all beings be loved and loving
May all beings be free from suffering
And may we all remember the incredible amount of love and light that surrounds us 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I am feeling the grip of the skins that don’t want to be shed. The death rattle of the fear and the doubt that believes it has kept me safe all this time. I know what needs to be done and so, I am lovingly and carefully tending to my inner fire, coaxing flames from smoldering embers. Stepping into the Light of my Soul and claiming my Sovereignty.

We are in the final days of the year of the Wood Snake before moving into the year of the Fire Horse on February 17th. Horses are often symbols of freedom, wisdom and power and fire is transformative and inspires action. This year can bring a lot of movement. We will all be given the opportunity to cultivate these qualities in our lives over the next year, but first you have to let go of the beliefs, patterns and behaviors that are holding you back.

While pondering this transition and noticing the feelings arising in me, I wrote the above passage. It is so easy to let fear and doubt take the lead when our world is inundated with fear and discouraging messages. The subtle undercurrent whispers “you are not good enough” and because of our individual life experiences, it becomes easy to believe that and to stop reaching for your dreams…to stop dreaming all together.

We are being asked to dream again. To want more for ourselves and for all beings. This life can be beautiful. We can live in peace and harmony. We can live lives of abundance and joy. First, we have to look within and listen the voices of our past that are begging to be heard and seen and loved. Uncovering the pieces of me that have been abandoned, exiled and wounded and getting to know them while providing them the love and support they did not receive has been one of the most profoundly transformative practices I have in my toolkit.

So I have been sitting with my fear, with doubt and listening. I have been caring for them as I would a small child. In return, they are softening their grip and giving me space to experiment with the things they are afraid of.

Personally, freedom is one of my goals in this lifetime. Freedom from the constraints of the mind. Freedom to live the life of my dreams. This requires commitment, devotion, effort, willingness to change and action, all qualities associated with the horse. So, I am choosing to shed the old skins because I am ready for what is next. I am here for it.

Hey there, it has been awhile since I’ve posted anything, partly because I’m not a fan of social media and partly because it is scary putting oneself out there. I am finding though, that the more I resist and try to hide, the more I am pushed to be seen… and trust me, I HAVE BEEN HIDING. It is time to step into the light now. It is time to share what I’ve been learning and moving through and offer back what has so generously been offered to me. So, here goes…

I’m Lauren. I could say that I am an energy healer, a channel, a guide, a coach, a singer, but I honestly don’t know what I am and I find so many of these terms limiting and confusing. I know my heart yearns to be of service and to assist others as they navigate this human life thing. So, what I will say is that I hold space. I hold space as you reconnect to your whole SELF, as you experience this roller coaster of existence, and while I do that, sometimes different types of energy move through me, sometimes I speak or sing in what might sound like gibberish, sometimes I ask curious questions to help you find your own answers and truths and sometimes I simply create a space where you feel safe enough to fully express yourself, all parts of yourself.

I am remembering how to walk on this Earth in a more skillful, beautiful and grateful way. Remembering that this life we have all been granted is an answered prayer. It is my intention to honor that prayer as best I can. I will do my best to be more active and present in here, but only when it feels aligned and authentic. I am not interested in creating content for the sake of likes or follows.

I have been trying to find the words to express the profound beauty and impact of the Conscious Soul Festival from this past weekend and truthfully, there are none that will do it justice. The love and deep connection I felt and witnessed was immeasurable. The amount of creativity, teamwork and dedication that went into making this vision a reality has me completely in awe of the incredible community of souls here in Myrtle Beach. I bow in deep gratitude to everyone who took part in creating this festival and to all of those who followed the call to be a part of the festival from vendors and musicians to those who attended.

The more of us who choose to Love and BE Love, the more change we will see in the world. It starts with each of us individually, choosing to love all our parts and pieces. As we find more love and peace within ourselves, we can offer more love to others and slowly, slowly that ripples out into our communities, into the collective and into the Great Mother Earth. 🌍💚🌎💙🌏

I have been quiet lately as I have been preparing for the incredible Conscious Soul Festival this weekend. I will be offering intuitive energy clearings, activations and transmissions that will weave Shamanic wisdom, Light Language and Reiki to assist you in connecting to your most authentic Self and highest timeline 🔥💥⚡️💫☀️🌈🌻🌸💚

The last full moon of 2024 peaks tomorrow in Gemini. This is the perfect opportunity to let go of all that feels heavy and all that you no longer wish to carry into 2025!

Mercury also stations direct shortly after the peak of this Full Moon. We may be feeling all the mental clutter but use this moon as a reminder to breathe and bring stillness.
