Dr. Michael Gambacorta, is the owner and lead physician at Myrtle Beach Spine Center, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and trained as a Chiropractic Physician, he integrates conventional and alternative medicine to optimize patient outcomes.

Dr. Gambacorta holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and an FNP degree from Herzing University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. His extensive credentials include certifications in EMG/NCV, Diagnostic Ultrasound-Guided Injections, and Radiology.

A published author and entrepreneur, he has written multiple books, including Longevity: The Future of Healthcare and The Medical Weight Loss Revolution. His latest work, Beyond the Prescription, explores integrative medicine’s approach to chronic disease.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Gambacorta continues to pioneer regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, and holistic healthcare. He is also a former Division-1 soccer player, a Hall of Fame athlete, and a dedicated family man, balancing his professional life with his wife, Dr. Torri Gambacorta, and their two sons.
