Anaerobic Studio Fitness Studio -Art Gallery As sport players, we have traveled and trained all over the world and offer a fun way to exercise.

Anaerobic Studio® is a fitness center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that offers a variety of classes including Zumba®, pilates, anaerobic choreography, and of course yoga. Ana Mincey is the owner and instructor of Anaerobic Studio®. She is a tennis player and uses Zumba®, pilates, and yoga to strengthen her body and skills as well as to stay in shape. One of the first people to be certified in the latest Zumba dance, she works hard to provide the best fitness and information for you.
