At FEEL IDEAL SPA, we offer full body (and face) medical grade Near Infrared and Red Light Therapy sessions as well as other specialized services.

Purchase a special package of 10 for $500 and receive the benefits: for health, skin, anti aging, pain relief, collagen and elastin production for tightening the skin and filling in fine lines and wrinkles, increase ATP production (mitochondria), reduction of inflammation, increase of lymphatic drainage, optimizes cellular function, increases oxygen and nutrients to the targeted cells, detoxification, and so much more based on the areas of application. It is also being researched for cancer treatments.

Near Infrared is able to pe*****te deeper than red light and resonates well with our cells frequency wise…therefore it is extremely beneficial and healing.

Red light is also very beneficial and healing. Many of the benefits for both near infrared and red light crossover. Red light does not pe*****te as deeply however but is still very beneficial, targeting things that are very specific to that frequency.

Certain frequencies are extremely healthy for our bodies. Our cells have specific light receptors for different light frequencies. Every color light has a different and specific frequency that not only pe*****tes at a different depth, but also has different characteristics and benefits which apply to that specific color/frequency.

By increasing your cellular frequency, you can increase the voltage in your cells which can improve your health, and bring you back into homeostasis. When people are in chronic illness or disease, the voltage in their cells has dropped below a certain level. Without increasing your frequency, you cannot improve your cell voltage, and therefore can affect your ability to heal or recover.

This is the perfect treatment for anyone who would like to optimize their health, taking it to another level….so that they can truly FEEL IDEAL!

Don’t delay! Contact us today to get started.

By appointment only.

This (in images) was written by Mark Sisson, the founder of Primal Health Coach Institution, where I graduated from as a health coach years ago…I was in search of a school that taught everything based on epigenetics. I knew that if genes could get turned on (express), that it had to be possible to turn them off as I wanted to reverse my genetically caused condition that at one point had me bed bound, and back in 2004, almost completely blind.

I started by using food as medicine first, then added in other things to increase my frequency such as essential oils, near infrared sauna, rife machine, PEMF to name a few…knowing all this was paramount!

Did you know that food holds a frequency? Each color vegetable/fruit for example, is a different frequency (color) which was absorbed from the sun. We have photoreceptors on our cells which receive light frequencies in various wavelengths (colors). It’s like food for the cells and optimizes cellular function, as well as increasing the voltage in our cells.

When the voltage in our cells drops below a certain level, we are in chronic illness and disease. Raising cellular frequency, increases the cellular voltage and can bring you back into homeostasis.

Consider what you eat…is it helping or hindering?

Ask yourself…

•Are you eating with intension in order to support good health?
•Are you eating foods that will nourish and sustain your body?
•Are you eating foods to support your detox (methylation) pathway given that we live in a toxin riddled world?
•Are you eating inflammatory foods (look up inflammatory food list on line) and causing systemic inflammation (cellular level) which is at the root of all illness and disease, and actually causes genes to express (turn on). 👎

This is the new food pyramid (below), favoring the primal diet which is what we promote b/c it is so beneficial to good health and longevity.

Unrelated to my business…

Beware of human traffickers, especially prevalent here in Myrtle Beach. This is the Walmart (17 business) that 8 men were working and attempting to abduct me!

They seem to work a pattern, joining up at times to discuss things as they scan the parking lot. From what I’ve seen these past two times, they were there for hours. Then they separate and go down different isles of the parking lot scanning, before meeting up again.

Notice that they both have backpacks and brand new bikes etc… another detail that I notice across-the-board. Someone is giving them the tools they need to perform the dirty deed. This is what I saw with the other men that were on bikes and on foot last time. There was also five guys standing outside a van for hours, which looked very suspicious from the beginning. They would subtly communicate with each other every so often.

On this particular day, there was only two people that I saw. I think the police should be posted here at all times. They do this right in the daylight, darkness, and when there’s all kinds of activity in the parking lot… They don’t care one bit, they know how to work it! It’s more prevalent than ever! That is now 2 different attempts on me and 2 trackers put on my truck two different times after the first attempt on me… All in a year and a half! Beware! Please pay attention!!

Muscle Pain & Lymph Drainage: What’s the Connection

Written by Bianca Botha, CLT, RLD & MLDT

Have you ever felt like your muscles are sore, stiff, or heavy—even when you haven’t overworked them? You might think it’s just muscle tension or inflammation… but what if your lymphatic system is also part of the picture?

Let’s dive into how lymphatic drainage can relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and help your body recover naturally.

What Causes Muscle Pain?

Muscle pain (also called myalgia) can stem from:
• Inflammation 🔥
• Toxin build-up (like lactic acid or metabolic waste) ♻️
• Poor circulation 🩸
• Tissue trauma or tension 🤕
• Chronic conditions like fibromyalgia or autoimmune disorders 🧬

When muscles are inflamed or congested, the lymphatic system is often involved—because it helps clear the waste, fluid, and immune cells from the tissues.

The Lymphatic System: Your Body’s Drainage Network

Your lymphatic system is like a silent river 🌊 flowing beneath the surface—moving toxins, waste, and excess fluid out of your body and into your detox organs.

When the lymph is sluggish or overwhelmed, it can lead to:
• Swollen, stiff muscles 💢
• Painful pressure in tissues 🧱
• Increased sensitivity to touch 🔍
• Slower recovery ⏳
• Ongoing inflammation ⚠️

That deep, achy, heavy feeling in your muscles? It may be lymphatic stagnation.

How Lymph Drainage Helps Muscle Pain

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that stimulates the lymphatic flow to:
• Reduce swelling & inflammation 🌬️
• Remove waste from sore muscles 🧹
• Boost circulation and oxygen flow 💨
• Soothe the nervous system 🧘‍♀️
• Speed up recovery from injury or stress ⚡

It’s not a deep tissue massage—MLD works on the fluid layer just under the skin, where the lymph lives!

Muscle Pain Relief Without the Pressure

One of the best parts?
Lymph drainage doesn’t hurt!

It’s ideal for people with:
• Fibromyalgia 🌸
• Chronic fatigue 🛌
• Post-surgical discomfort 🩼
• Autoimmune muscle flares ⚡

It offers gentle, effective relief—even for those sensitive to touch.

What Conditions Benefit Most?

Lymphatic drainage can help relieve muscle pain in:
• Fibromyalgia 🧠
• Post-exercise recovery 🏃‍♀️
• Chronic back & shoulder tension 🎯
• Autoimmune inflammation 🔥
• Swollen, sore limbs 🦵🦶

It’s also a great support for post-viral fatigue or lingering muscle aches after illness.

Support Your Muscles & Lymph at Home:
• Drink plenty of water 💧
• Dry brush your skin before showers 🪥
• Practice deep breathing 🫁
• Stretch or walk gently daily 🚶‍♀️
• Avoid tight clothing that blocks circulation 🚫👖

At Lymphatica, we don’t just treat the pain—we help uncover the root cause. Whether it’s inflammation, toxicity, or fluid build-up, lymphatic drainage can help your muscles feel light, loose, and pain-free again.

Because when the lymph flows… the pain goes.

🌿 Why Swelling Doesn’t Start in the Legs

Understanding the real origin of fluid retention, puffiness & heaviness

By Bianca Botha, CLT | RLD | MLDT | CDS

Most people notice swelling in the legs, ankles, or feet — and naturally assume that’s where the problem begins.

But physiologically…
swelling is rarely a leg problem.
It is usually the end result of congestion that started much higher up in the body.

Let’s gently unpack the science 🤍

🧠 1. The Lymphatic System Drains From Top to Bottom

Your lymphatic system is a one-way, low-pressure drainage network.
It does not have a pump like the heart.

🔬 Lymph fluid must first pass through:
• The neck and collarbone region (where lymph drains back into the bloodstream)
• The thoracic duct
• The diaphragm
• The abdominal and pelvic lymphatics

👉 If flow is restricted anywhere above, fluid cannot move downstream efficiently.

The legs are simply where gravity reveals the backlog.

🫁 2. Shallow Breathing = Poor Lymph Flow

Your diaphragm is one of the most important lymph pumps in the body.

When breathing is shallow (stress, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma):
• Thoracic duct movement is reduced
• Abdominal lymph stagnates
• Pressure builds downward into the pelvis and legs

🫧 Result: leg swelling — even if the legs themselves are healthy.

🧠 3. Nervous System Overload Slows Drainage

Chronic stress, grief, trauma, and sympathetic dominance (“fight or flight”) cause:
• Tight neck & shoulder fascia
• Compression of cervical lymph vessels
• Reduced lymph propulsion

🧬 Studies show that autonomic nervous system imbalance directly reduces lymphatic contractility.

This is why swelling often worsens during:
• Emotional stress
• Burnout
• Poor sleep
• Hormonal imbalance

🦠 4. Gut & Liver Inflammation Create a Lymphatic Traffic Jam

Over 70% of your lymph fluid originates in the gut.

When there is:
• Gut inflammation
• Dysbiosis
• Constipation
• Liver overload

👉 Lymph becomes thicker, slower, and congested in the abdomen.

The body compensates by pushing fluid downward — again, showing up in the legs.

🦵 5. Why the Legs Are the “Overflow Zone”

The legs:
• Are farthest from the main drainage points
• Work against gravity
• Depend heavily on muscle contraction for lymph movement

So when the upper drainage routes are blocked, the legs become the visible storage site for excess fluid.

❗ Treating legs alone without opening central pathways often leads to:
• Temporary relief only
• Rebound swelling
• Frustration and confusion

🌿 What Truly Supports Swelling Reduction

✨ Effective lymphatic support always starts upstream:
• Neck & clavicle lymph clearance
• Diaphragmatic breathing
• Nervous system regulation
• Gut & liver support
• Gentle, correctly directed manual lymphatic drainage

This is why a whole-body, system-based approach is essential.

💚 A Gentle Reminder

Swelling is not your body “failing.”
It is your body communicating that flow is restricted somewhere deeper.

When we listen with understanding — healing becomes possible.

I share these articles about lymphatic drainage because as many of you know being my client…I always emphasize the importance of lymphatic drainage especially while receiving the treatments in order to facilitate the removal of the destructed fat cells. The Lymphatics are the waste system of our bodies. It removes pathogens, bacteria, viruses, cancer cells, and cellular debris, including fat cells. There’s only two ways that lymphatics can move and that’s with water and movement, otherwise it can become stagnant and a breeding ground. Unlike your circulatory system, the lymphatic system is not able to pump it out like your heart pumps your blood. It requires those two things in order to be removed. Please consider this as you work towards improving your health, and/or while you are receiving any fat destruction treatments.

Great article on cellulite due to lymphatic drainage issues and more…

Cryo works great for cellulite! Not only does it destroy the fat cells, but it also promotes the production of collagen and elastin which tightens the skin. It also reduces inflammation, which is the driving force and contributor of many issues. This is one of many of the healthful perks that you get when you receive a cryo-slimming treatment.

🌿 Understanding Cellulite

When circulation and the lymphatic system become overwhelmed

Cellulite is one of the most misunderstood changes in the body.
It is often blamed on fat, weight, or lack of exercise — yet this explanation is incomplete.

💡 Cellulite is not just cosmetic.
It is a circulatory, lymphatic, fascial, and inflammatory condition occurring beneath the skin.

🔵🟡 What You’re Seeing in the Image

🟠 LEFT: What We See on the Surface

The dimpled, uneven “orange-peel” texture appears because:
• 🟡 Fat cells enlarge and push upward
• ⚪ Fibrous connective tissue pulls downward
• 🔵 Fluid and waste become trapped

➡️ This tug-of-war creates visible dimpling.

🟢 RIGHT: What’s Happening Beneath the Skin

Under the surface we see:
• 🟡 Enlarged fat lobules
• 🟢 Congested lymph vessels
• 🔴 Compressed blood vessels
• 🔵 Reduced oxygen & nutrient delivery

➡️ This is where cellulite actually begins — in the microcirculation and lymphatic system.

💚 The Lymphatic System’s Role in Cellulite

The lymphatic system is your body’s clean-up crew 🧹
It:
• 🟢 Drains excess fluid
• 🟢 Removes metabolic waste
• 🟢 Clears inflammation
• 🟢 Supports immune balance

⚠️ Unlike the heart, the lymphatic system has no pump.

It relies on:
• 🟦 Movement
• 🟦 Deep breathing
• 🟦 Fascia mobility
• 🟦 Hydration
• 🟦 Nervous system calm

When lymph flow slows:
• 🔵 Fluid pools
• 🟡 Fat cells swell
• 🟠 Inflammation rises
• ⚪ Fibrosis develops

➡️ Cellulite is often visible lymphatic stagnation.

🟣 Why Cellulite Loves the Thighs & Hips

These areas are vulnerable because:
• ⬇️ Gravity slows drainage
• 🪑 Sitting reduces flow
• 🟡 Fat density is higher
• 🌸 Estrogen receptors are abundant
• 🟢 Lymph pathways are longer

✨ This is why thin, fit, active women can still have cellulite.

🚫 Cellulite Is NOT a Weight Issue

You can:
• ⚖️ Lose weight → still have cellulite
• 🏋️‍♀️ Exercise daily → still have cellulite
• 🥗 Eat clean → still have cellulite

Because cellulite is about:
• 🔵 Fluid pressure
• ⚪ Fascia tension
• 🟢 Lymph congestion
• 🔴 Micro-circulation
• 🟠 Inflammatory load

Not just fat.

🧠 Hormones, Stress & Inflammation (The Hidden Colours)

🟠 Chronic inflammation:
• Thickens connective tissue
• Narrows lymph vessels
• Traps fluid

🌸 Hormonal imbalance (estrogen & cortisol):
• Encourages fat storage in thighs
• Increases capillary leakage
• Slows lymph clearance

➡️ Cellulite is a hormonal-lymphatic conversation, not a flaw.

🧴 Why Creams Only Help Temporarily

Creams may:
• ✨ Improve skin feel
• 🔥 Increase surface circulation
• 💧 Reduce surface fluid

But they don’t reach:
• ❌ Deep lymph congestion
• ❌ Fascia restriction
• ❌ Liver & detox pathways
• ❌ Systemic inflammation

True change happens from the inside out.

🌿 A Lymph-First Approach to Cellulite

Real improvement comes from supporting:
• 🟢 Lymphatic drainage
• 🟢 Fascia release
• 🟢 Breath & diaphragm movement
• 🟢 Liver detox pathways
• 🟢 Anti-inflammatory nutrition
• 🟢 Nervous system regulation

When lymph flows:
• 💧 Fluid pressure drops
• 🟡 Fat softens
• ⚪ Fibrosis eases
• ✨ Skin texture improves

🤍 Reframing Cellulite

Cellulite is not your body betraying you.
It’s your body asking for support.

💬 A message — not a mistake.
💚 A system overloaded — not broken.

When we listen instead of fight, the body responds.
