Wrist tendinitis occurs when the tendons around the wrist become irritated or inflamed—often from overuse, repetitive motion, or sudden increases in activity. Symptoms may include pain with movement, swelling, stiffness, and reduced grip strength.

When caught early, most cases improve with rest, activity modification, splinting, and physical therapy. Persistent pain may require guidance from a specialist.

Elazer's Journey From Chronic Pain to Full Activity ⬇️

Elazer was experiencing debilitating back and leg pain that limited everyday activities. After diagnosis revealed adjacent segment degeneration and spondylolisthesis, Dr. Gene Massey recommended fusion surgery at L2-3.
