Kneecap pain, commonly referred to as patellofemoral pain, impacts 20% of the active population each year. Many experience it with walking, running, going up/downstairs, or standing up from a chair. This month, we have three good exercises to help keep your knee stable and reduce the risk of experiencing kneecap pain.
