Flexxology is collaborating with instructor Sarah to launch a virtual One-to-One Movement Wellness Program—designed for personalized support, real consistency, and one-on-one attention from anywhere.

With 20 years of bodywork experience, Sarah works with you virtually to assess your movement, build a customized practice, and support you between sessions with check-ins, recordings, and on-demand options. This isn’t a generic online class—it’s tailored, intentional, and fully supported.

Program options include a 1-month program, ongoing monthly membership, or a quarterly membership, so you can choose the level of support that fits your goals.

If you want individualized guidance without needing to be in the studio, this program was built for you.
